When face taping, I use a type of kinesiology tape that is used to treat skin conditions such as wrinkles and puffiness. It helps to improve blood circulation and lymphatic drainage which has positive effects on the metabolism, and skin health. The face tape provides these benefits by lifting the skin, pulling it tight, and trains the face to maintain a desired resting position.
